GROWTH aims to train the next generation of time-domain researchers in a global context via a vigorous education program, which includes the development of undegraduate courses focused on data-driven discovery, an international Summer Research Program for undergraduate students, a year-round exchange program for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, a series of workshops and an annual time-domain conference. Our international partnerships will enable a new type of global and research-driven education. We will prepare the next generation of STEM researchers and engineers who will not only be equipped with a competitive technical skillset, but who will also operate effectively and successfully in a truly global environment.
